If you are an ‘Eligible Complainant’ and we have not been able to resolve your complaint within eight weeks, or you are not satisfied with our response then you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service in the UK. Eligibility depends on the nature of the complaint and the category of client. As we only provide services to non-retail clients, most, if not all of our clients will not be an ‘Eligible Complainant’.
