We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it within eight weeks in accordance with FCA requirements. If you remain dissatisfied following our response, you may have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) at financial-ombudsman.org.uk or by telephone on 0800 023 4567.
As an Appointed Representative operating in the professional client and eligible counterparty space, the Financial Ombudsman Service may not be available in all circumstances. Eligibility depends on the nature of the complaint and the category of client.
